Copy users

By leveraging user copying, advertisers and site owners can access multiple accounts under a single login.

You can't copy assistants.

If an advertiser or a site owner already has an Adfox login, then when getting started with a new account (publisher), they can provide their login to the account's administrator. The administrator will copy the user into the new account's member list.

If a user's account has been copied, only the user can change its password.

How to copy a user

  1. In the account to which you need to copy the user, go to the Users tab.

  2. Select the user type (Advertiser or Site owner) and click + Add existing.

  3. In the Account field, specify the login of the user to be copied and click Add.

The user will appear in the list with the <authorization> status. Afterwards, in their own account, the user should confirm the copying action. After that, the user's status will change to <added>.

How to authorize copying

When logging in to the Adfox interface, the user that provided their login for copying will see a request to add them to a new account. They should confirm or cancel copying.
