Targeting by days of the week/hours
To limit campaign impressions to certain days of the week or time of the day, go to the Targeting → Time tab in campaign targeting settings.
Select any hour of each of the seven days of the week for impressions. To speed up the process, you can use the On and Off buttons to add or remove entire columns (days of the week) and rows (hours).
Then click Change and save the changes.
Note
When setting up the Time targeting for banners, you can't disable days and hours if:

The campaign's ad running speed is set to spreading traffic evenly (by day limit, throughout the entire period, or by general limit (automatic prolongation)).

These days and hours are prohibited (disabled) in the Time targeting for the campaign.
You can still disable banner impressions on those hours and days that are enabled in the campaign.
Targeting by day of the month
Go to the Targeting → Day of the month tab, mark the days of the month during which impressions should be shown, and click Change.
