What's new in the Adfox interface

June 10, 2025

Targeting

Updated the interface for setting up targeting criteria:

  • We've made it easier to choose locations for geographic targeting. To add or remove a location (country, region, or city) from your campaign, just check or uncheck it in the region selection tree.
  • Targeting by Yandex Audience segments no longer uses separate blocks. Instead, you can set your impression criteria directly in the Included segments field.

Autofill for labeling fields

Added autofilling of the The code of the KKTU reference book and General description of the advertised object banner fields for ad labeling.

For the The code of the KKTU reference book field, the following values are available:

  • Recommended: Computer vision algorithms determine the appropriate code when you upload a creative image.

  • Recently used: Five values that were used in your campaigns most frequently.

For the General description of the advertised object field, computer vision algorithms generate a description based on the uploaded creative image. If the creative is uploaded as an HTML code, a video, or a GIF file, you won't be able to generate the description automatically. In this case, fill in the field manually.

To learn more about filling out the fields, see Registering a creative in Adfox.

      • The Report and Date of the report fields and will be added.

If your document set only includes an Intermediary's Report, specify its number and date in the Report and Date of the report fields.

If your document set includes both an Intermediary's Report and an invoice, specify the number and date of the intermediary's report in the Report and Date of the report fields. The number and date of the invoice should be indicated in the Act and Date of the act fields. The intermediary's report will include the data for both the report and the invoice.

Copying supercampaigns, flights, and banners

  1. You can now copy an item on its page or from the general list. To do this, find the item and click  → Copy.

  2. To flexibly configure the copying settings, fill out the form:

    • Copy with content / Copy without content: Select Copy with content to copy all nested items (for a supercampaign, these can be flights and banners). Copy without content indicates that the copy won't include any nested items.

    • Preserve marking settings: Select this option to copy the item's labeling settings:

      • For supercampaigns and flights, this includes the contract and advertiser information.

      • For banners, this is a third-party token, ad label, banner menu, and creative media data.

For the newly created copy, data transfer to the Russian state register (ERIR) is disabled. To transfer data for this item, select Marking procedure → Submit data to state register in the settings of a newly created copy of the item.

      Warning

If data transfer to the Russian state register (ERIR) was enabled for the copied banner and the creative's token came from the Yandex Advertising Data Operator, the creative will get a new token when you copy the labeling settings.

    • Number of copies: Specify how many copies you need. You can create up to 10 copies of a single item.

    What it looks like

  3. When copying flights and banners, you can choose a destination for the copy. By default, it's created within the current item.

  4. Once you start the copying process, you'll see the progress status at the top of the page:

    • Blue: In progress.
    • Green: Completed successfully.
    • Red or yellow: Errors.
    What it looks like

    Alert

If an error occurs during the copying process, no copies are created.

  5. The start date for the newly created item matches the copying date.

If the item you're copying has an end date, the new item will keep the same run period. For example, if you copy a supercampaign set to run for 7 days, the new one's end date will be 7 days from the copy date.

  6. When you copy a supercampaign or a flight, the new item gets the Paused status. All its nested items inherit their status from the original items.
