Statistics without invoice
According to the Federal Law “On Advertising”, all participants in the advertising chain must report to the state register (ERIR, Unified Register of Online Advertising) on ad placement no later than the 30th day of the month following the month of ad launch on their placements.
To submit your report on time while you haven't yet received a paper invoice, create an invoice of the type Statistics without invoice and submit it via Adfox. Only ad impression statistics for the reporting period will be sent to ERIR. A new invoice titled “Statistics without invoice” will appear in the list of invoices in Adfox.
After you receive the paper invoice, transfer its data to ERIR. To do this:

Open the “Statistics without invoice” report and change its type to Act.

Enter the data from the paper invoice in the fields that appear. Click Save the act.

This opens a page with a list of campaigns. Make the changes you need:
- If the invoice amount changes, allocate it proportionally based on the impressions across the selected campaigns.
- If the number of impressions for the invoice has changed, make adjustments in the Impressions by act field.

In the bar, click Download a file with preliminary statistics.

Make sure that all rows with statistics were collected correctly and that all data in the required columns is accurate. Required columns appear in bold. Optional columns, which are uploaded for convenience and are NOT sent to the advertising data operator, appear in italics.

To send the invoice with updated data to ERIR, click Save and send. If you want to postpone sending the invoice, click Save.
ERIR will receive both the invoice data and the updated statistics. If the invoice has a number, the invoice name will change to that number.
