Contending campaigns list
If a campaign's progress is hindered by campaigns using the same inventory, or, conversely, the forecast campaign affects the progress of other campaigns, you'll see the following list under the forecast:
By default, the list is sorted by campaign level:

The campaign the forecast is being made for is highlighted with a marker and outlined in bold (in the example, it's third in the list).

The higher-level campaigns are located above the campaign for which the forecast is being made. In the Rotation column, their level and priority are indicated, and in the Taking over column, the number of impressions that these campaigns take away from the current campaign is indicated.

The lower-level campaigns are located under the campaign for which the forecast is being made. In the Wasting column, the number of impressions that these campaigns lose due to the current campaign is indicated.

Campaigns of the same level are located next to the campaign for which the forecast is being made: they can be either higher or lower in the list. These campaigns can either take away impressions or give them away in favor of the forecast campaign.
Note
No list of campaigns means that the forecast campaign does not overlap with other campaigns on placements.
If the forecast shows that the campaign may not be completed, you can simulate how stopping other campaigns that use the same inventory will affect its progress. To do this, exclude another campaign from the forecast by clearing the 
checkbox and clicking Update. The forecast will be remade and the line with the excluded campaign will turn gray (meaning that it is not included in the forecast).
To add the campaign back to the forecast, select the checkbox and click Update again.
